The Mingda MD-1000D is an industrial-grade FDM 3D printer engineered for full-scale production, oversized prototypes, and complex geometries. With a colossal 1,000 × 1,000 × 1,000 mm build volume, it provides the capacity to print large models or multiple parts in one job—eliminating the need for splitting and assembly.
Its dual-extrusion system allows multi-color printing, soluble support structures, and advanced material pairing, making it ideal for manufacturing, engineering, and design applications.
Equipped with a 350 °C high-temperature hot end and 110 °C heated PEI build plate, the MD-1000D works with standard filaments like PLA, PETG, and TPU as well as engineering-grade composites reinforced with carbon or glass fiber.
Powered by a 64-bit 6-core CPU and 32 GB of memory, the MD-1000D processes large, complex print files with ease. It reaches speeds up to 300 mm/s with a maximum flow rate of 40 mm³/s and acceleration up to 10,000 mm/s²—delivering true industrial performance.
The 10″ IPS touchscreen, Wi-Fi connectivity, and built-in camera provide convenient control and monitoring. Smart features like automatic bed leveling, filament runout detection, and power-loss recovery ensure reliable, uninterrupted production.
