Canion3D.com Return Policy

At Canion3D.com and our affiliates, we want to ensure a smooth and transparent return process. Below is our updated policy for returning items.


Consumable Products (Filament & Resin)

  • Return Window: Unopened and unused consumables (filament and resin) can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3D Printer Hardware (3D Printers, Post-Processing Devices, 3D Pens)

  • Return Window: Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase with no additional charges.
  • Warranty: 1-year warranty on all 3D printer hardware. Note: consumables, software, and digital items are not covered by this warranty.

Return Requirements for All Items

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  1. Original Purchase: The product must be purchased directly from Canion3D.
  2. Condition: Product must be in its original, undamaged condition.
  3. Contents: Include all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
  4. Proof of Purchase: Original UPC/serial number must be intact on both the product and retail packaging.

To initiate a return or replacement, please submit your request through the Canion3D Return Portal within 30 days of your invoice date. Once approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided.


Additional Return Guidelines

  • Processing Time: Returns are processed within 5 business days after receipt at Canion3D.
  • Damaged Shipments: Any shipment with visible damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • Missing Items: Returns missing parts (e.g., accessories, manuals) will be delayed until all parts are received.
  • Shipping for Returns:
    • Customers cover return shipping unless stated otherwise.
    • For replacements, shipping is on us.
    • Proper packaging and protective materials are required to avoid damage during return shipping.

If items arrive in “like-new” condition according to our standards, a credit will be issued to your original payment method.


Restocking Fees and Return Shipping

  • Restocking Fees: Returns may be subject to restocking fees, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Return Shipping Labels:
    • Free return shipping is provided for items returned due to damage, defect, incorrect shipment, or items not matching the description on our site.
    • If the returned product is not defective, not the original item, or does match our site description, shipping costs may be deducted from your refund along with a restocking fee.
